Tajav Toomari, DO Inc is a pediatric medical practice providing excellent efficient compassionate pediatric care to the community including both the middle to upper class, as well as the underserved families in the San Fernando Valley. Dr. Tajav Toomari also works directly with Tarzana Hospital and Kaiser Permanente in Woodland Hills, CA. Tajav Toomari, DO is a BOARD CERTIFIED pediatrician and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatrics who founded the practice in 2009 after finishing his pediatric residency training at USC. He is the medical director and sole provider for both offices and sees all of the patients himself. In addition to English, Dr Toomari also speaks Spanish and Farsi. The mission of the practice is to provide equal access to excellent medical care through establishing a presence in multiple cities in the San Fernando Valley. So far the practice has offices in Encino, CA as well as in Van Nuys, California both staffed by experienced friendly bilingual professionals and utilizing electronic health records. The practice is open to all patients ages 0 to 18 and all insurances are accepted. Services include well child care, sick or urgent care, immunizations, circumcision, ear piercing, and specialty referral, both by appointment and as walk-in. |
